Calculate revenue on overtime

 How can we calculate revenue on overtime expenditure lines. We modify the costing extension to calculate the cost correctly, but now our new business requirement is to calculate revenue 1.5 times the bill rate. Anybody out there has done this?? Is there a revenue extension we can modify? Name??
