Find Table Name in HTML Forms

Could members advise how to find the table name in HTML forms such as customers.  In 11i regular forms we use help record history to find the table name.

In case of HTML forms i believe this can be done thru HTML forms personalization.  Appreciate if members can provide the steps/solution info regarding this.
