Want to change home page

Dear Experts,

I want to change the home page color, or i want to delete Blue bar at the top or my login page.

The reason being, my company logo is also in blue color, and using provile option, i have changed the logo... but it is not looking good. Hence i want to change the color of login page.

Any help on this is highly appreciated.

We are on Oracle R12.0.5 version
