Advanced Procurement Pricing

Found Solution ID: 200782053 on My Oracle Support but I am interested in the  SAR 8944656 mentioned in the following quote.

The purchasing application currently uses the "Order Date" field when retrieving the purchase order costs.  The enhancement SAR#8944656: “Add a Purchase Price Based on Date” was reported asking to have in advanced procurement pricing the flexibility like sales advance pricing. Request to add a "Purchase Price Based on Date" field to the system constants or to the supplier master similar to the "Sales Price Based on Date”. We would like to add our name to this change request and are convinced others are also interested in this functionality.  What steps need to be taken?
