How to have encumbrance check project budget instead of GL budget?

 Hi,

I have setup Project Budget with budgetary control. Is there a way where during PO creation, I have have the encumbrance check the Project Budget instead of GL Budget?

I keep getting some weird error which I am still waiting for Oracle Support.
