Upgrade database 9.2 to 10 or 11

Hi we are using Oracle Ebs 11.5.10.2 with database 9.2.0.8
We have some questions:
Can we upgrade database to 10. or 11. that do not impact to Ebs application?
If can do, How can we do it?
