Error starting database control

 Boujour everybody,

I work with oracle 10g, I downloaded the patch from oracle p8202632_10205_WINNT, but when installing the database in arriving at 85% an error message appears:

Saying "Failed to configure Enterprise Manager due to the following error: Error starting database control ".


I can not even start the service oracledbconsole an error message also appears on startup saying: "Unable to start service on local computer oracledbconsole. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the request to launch or control. "
