R12 WebADI - Double Entries

 Hi,

When a user does GL Journal Entries, then randomly Doubles are getting populated in JE Lines.

We are on Excel 2007. Last december we upgraded from R12.0.6 to R12.1.3.

(1) Some times these duplicate entries create unbalanced Journal Entries

(2) Some times duplicate's create Balanced JE's

Of course there are NO duplicates present in the Excel sheet while loading at any point of time, only they get duplicated majority of times irrelevance of size of the data.

Users repeating loading portion until they get uniqe records present in Oracle R12 GL.
