DBMS_RLMGR_DR - Suggested Update for Article ID 428234.1 and Note: 258618.1

 All,

The article suggests a solution related to dbms_rlmgr_dr, but it appears to only be for 10g. 

Might it be appropriate for this article to be updated  for Oracle 11g R1 and up to reflect the need for catrul.sql and rulpatch.sql, rather than just running catexf.sql?
