iProc: When requesting INVENTORY item from catalogue can we disallow unchecking the 'Deliver to Inve

When requesting to order an inventory item from the catalogue, by default the "Deliver to Inventory" checkbox is checked, since it is an inventory item. However, iProc allows the user to uncheck the box and then the user is prompted to enter project expenditure info (we integrate with Projects). Doing this, the destination type will be changed from "Inventory" to "Expense". Later, we are not able to receive this item as inventory becaue the type has been changed to "Expense". We have been doing backend data fix for cases like this.

Is there a way to DISALLOW the unchecking of the "Deliver to Inventory" checkbox if the item being requested is an inventory item? Thanks!
