Access Denied when creating Opportunities

Hi, I have a problem. When I create an Opportunity, I put all the information in the fields, but when I want to save it, it shows me an Access Denied meesage.
This happens with a role I have named "Sales", and I already gave access in the role and in the profiles.

What is the problem?
