Assigning a buyer to two or more categories

 Our requirement is to have different shopping lists under  a category. For e.g. 'Medicine' is a category and we want three different shopping lists under that category i.e. ' Medicines - Purchased','Medicines - Donated' and 'Medicines-Project'. Can anyone tell me how to do this.Also the requirement is to assign one buyer for the 'Medicine' category . A single buyer should be assigned for the three shopping lists.
