Smarview error - #No Access for Essbase

edited Mar 2, 2011 10:32PM in Hyperion Essbase (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
I have a number of users who can access the application and they can open forms in Smartivew and view data. However when they try to access Smartview (Essbase) using Adhoc analysis or Function builder they are getting the message #No Access.

The users in the Group are provisioned in Shared Services against "Planner" and security filters have been refreshed in both the application and in Essbase administration. What are we missing?

Howdy, Stranger!
