Unable to open the database - ORA 01092

I increased sga_max_size to be 1g but unfortunately the database is unable to open because of the below ora message noting that i tried to change it back to the old value but still the database is not able to open:

 SQL> startup;
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 209715200 bytes
Fixed Size 1289772 bytes
Variable Size 109052372 bytes
Database Buffers 92274688 bytes
Redo Buffers 7098368 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced


the alert messages :
