How to link Microsoft Project to Oracle Project?

 Hello Guru's

Can anyone guide me how to establish link between Microsoft Project and Oracle Projects.?

I have created a Project in MSP and when am trying to send this to Oracle Project (In my MSP file on the top there is a tab Oracle Projects is appearing)  as a MSP file system is giving a message that 'The action required a linked project'. And I also tried to send it as a Project Data, but then system is opening Oracle Login page even when my Oracle Apps is already opened. And if I login from the same page, I am getting following error message.
