Our CRM on Demand is running very slow. This is an on  going issues. I have raise and SR however as this issue is ongoing and occur sometime and not always, it is hard to replicate this. For eg If I want to create a report of all Accounts with their Account ID only in India, this would take about 4 mins however the total number of Accounts we have is only 400.  I was wondering if there is a Health Check performed by CRM On Demand to see what is effecting our Database and why is it so slow ?
