Creation of a "names" thesaurus

Does anyone know of a good source to use to load a names thesaurus that would contain a name and all potential nicknames?  I ask because my application team wants name match functionality that would match "mike" to "michael", "mikey", "mike", etc.  They also want sounds like matching which can be accomplished with soundex.
