Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance

Hi,

The emctl status is running but I got this: 

"Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance. The state of the components are listed below..."

Then it lists database instance status: open, listener status: up, agent connection to instance status: successed

I can't go anywhere except this page

Any idea? The database is 11g.
