ACSLS Configuration Issues

Hi, I am installing ACSLS on several new servers which are replacing existing servers in our tape environment.  Last week I ran through the acsss_config on a new server and was able to complete the process, start the database, run and audit and see the hardware and media throught the cmd_proc.  Today I tried to do the same thing on another new server (the same model, acsls software etc) but half way through the configuration process got the error below.  I tried to find out where it was failing but was not able to figure it out. I restored ACSLS back on the
