Upgrade to 11g grid control

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question
We are currently running Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Release 5 Grid Control. We wanted to know from users and experts what are the significant benefits in upgrading to new version. Which one of the choice is the best -- upgrade or fresh installation. Most of our databases and applications are running on 64bit Solaris Sparc servers.
