R12 Billing and Revenue Events on template

Can an R12 contract project template be set up with a billing and revenue event schedule? Ct (event/event distribution rule) requirement is to avoid the need to create up to 300 revenue and billing events for each new project. Can the project template be configured with a default billing and revenue event schedule? Thanks for your advice.
