GnuMICR rejected by bank

I have downloaded the free GnuMICR font from http://sandeen.net/GnuMICR/.   I have submitted test checks to JPMorgan Chase Bank.  They have failed twice.  Both times with the statement Shape / size of E-13B character deviates from nominal measurement.  They state then require E-13B MICR font at a pitch 10-12 and Non Serif Font.  I used 12 pt the first try and 11 pt the second try.  Unfortunately, they cannot provide me any further assistance.

Curious if anyone else has used this free font and had JPMorgan Chase accept?  If so, what were your font settings?

Or what font are you using (did you purchase it and where from) to work with JPMorgan Chase?
