eProcurement Requistion Catagory Search option not working after we applied FSCM 9.0 Bundle 32

Lookup for category search is modified as part of FSCM 9.0 bundle 32 so that where when the user clicks the lookup icon it is opening a secondary page (it was claimed that this is an enhacement adding security for searching the category lists). Users are used to do the search criteria using 'begins with' option, so if they tried to search 'AND' it will list the categories which starts with 'AND' . But now there is no search criteria option displayed in that page. It is coded internally in such a way that it will pull the search results based on criteria 'contains'
