How can I find the execution plan of queries that run in DB 10g during or after the run?

Hello,

I'm looking to find a way to get the execution plan of queries that run in DB 10g during or after the run.

The problem these queries not run by me and I don't have EOM . Are there any views/packages that can retrieve this information from the Library Cache  (or maybe this is a security risk)
