How to find if a given patch is included in a cumulative patch?

 I have found a patch number for an issue, on MySupport and need to determine if this has been included in a cumulative patch.  We have recently applied currently recommended cumulative patch, which one would think brings everything up to date.  So before either applying an individual patch or submitting an SR we need to know if this patch has been included in any others.  Must be a way to search this.
