Extended Warranty

Good Morning,

How do you handle extended warranty in Oracle? We recently started to offer extended warranty to our customers as an upfront charge and was curious to how users have been handling this in Oracle.

Also in addition to the extended warrantly our clients will have a standard one year warranty and the on year two the extended warranty would start.
