11g Web Service SCHEDULESERVICE V2 does not work

Hello,

The 11g Web Service SCHEDULESERVICE V2 does not work in version 11.1.1.3. I read it will be implemented in the next version. When will this version become available?

Do you know of an alternative way to schedule reports from within the database (Java API or ...)?
