OAB: HSA - Seeded Functionality

When our company originally offered an HSA plan in 2005, Oracle did not have seeded functionality for this and we created a customized process to handle this.  I have now been asked to see if this functionality is available in 11.5.10.2.  I have found docs for Oracle Advanced Benefits, but we do not use this module.  Have I missed the documentation somewhere?
