How to drill down to encumbrance details?

 Hi,

Is there anyway I can drilldown into encumbrance details from inquiry screen?

I can see there are encumbrances arising from commitments, obligations and others from my funds inquiry. But i cannot drilldown to see what are those? Is there anyway I can do that from GL inquiry?
