Unapplied Receipt

Hi colleagues,

     Unapplied receipt register report shows some receipt were not applied. when i try to inquir for unapplied receipt using Receipt--> receipt summery , and i pass the same customer number and the same gl date and choose unapplied receipt, it just reterive one receipt. any body have an idea.
