No User Key found for Integration Object

Hi,

I have created many Integration Objects before but for some reason my IO on the Contact BC is giving be the error for no user key found.

I have my own field identified to be used as the key which is entered as the User key on the IO, the data is in the xml and can see it populated in the debug window with data prior to the apply step.

Anyone have any ideas as to why it doesn't acknowledge my user key?
