How to convert siebel date to following format?

01-01-2011 5:00 AM (dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm AM)

01-JAN-2011 5:00 AM (dd-MON-yyyy hh:mm AM)

01/01/2011 5:00 AM (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm AM)

Please suggest functions for conversion. Have tried few but didnt work.
