Error missing entity saver ShipmentData

 Hello Team, We are on OTM 6.1.1 and all of a sudden started receiving this error "Error missing entity saver ShipmentData". When I looked up the knowledge base I found reference to this with another object ShipmentStopData. While I wait for OTM support to call me back, are there any workarounds for this problem? We are unable to plan orders into shipments this morning and this problem started just today. We have been live for 7 months now and it is the first time we are seeing this error.
