A/P to G/L integrity reports by Offset Acount

Has anyone been able to find SAR 8850883 in the Oracle website.  I am trying to fix the A/P to G/L by Offset Account and oracle suggest in their documentation to apply such SAR to A9.1.  Unfortunately, I have not been able to find the SAR anywhere in their support website.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
