cancelled Purchase Orders and Receipt (F4311 and F43121)

 Is JDE allow to cancel POs, where you have receiving transactions?

Does JDE allow Receipt against Cancelled Purchase Orders?

I am seeing data in our demo Environment where Purchase Order is cancelled but I have a Receiving transactions against it.
