Installing Grid Agent - receiving Connectivity Error

I'm trying to reinstall the 10.2.0.5 agent on a Tru64 system. 

I successfully deinstalled the old agent using OUI (at least that's what OUI said).

I'm trying to install the agent and when I get to the "Oracle Configuration Manager Proxy" and use the "Test Connection" button, I receive the "Connectivity Error" pop-up stating "...Reason=Error connecting to server                peer not authenticated".

I am not using a proxy.

The Grid server is a RH5 vers 10.2.0.5.

Last time the installation went without a hitch. 

Any suggestions would be helpful.
