Unable to bring crs/css up

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)
Hi,

We are in middle of applying Jan 2011 PSU Patch. After applying CRS Patch and running the postinstalling steps we are getting below error.

exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /crs/product/bin/crsctl.bin because of the following errors:
        0509-150   Dependent module libocr11.so could not be loaded.
        0509-022 Cannot load module libocr11.so.
        0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

We are unable to start crs manually also. Its a 2 node RAC (AIX Operating System). libocr11.so located in /crs/product/lib/libocr11.so and  /crs/product/lib32/libocr11.so

Any suggestions to bring up the crs.
