IProcurement - how to push favorite charge accounts to the user community

 We are in the process of implementing Iprocurement.   Our chart of accounts includes a large number of departments and subaccounts.  We would like to push a list of favorite charge account combinations to each new Iprocurement user.  The list would be specific to each dept, and each list would be informally approved by the management of each department.   This would help streamline the process of charge account selection in IProcurement requisition creation.  If we are able to accomplish this, we may also implement a form personalization to prevent users from selecting any charge acct combination not on the list of favorites.
