PAY: LOV for Rate input value for Regular Earnings Element

 Hi,

We have requirement where user should be able to select the "Rate" from LOV while entering the input values for an Regular Earnings element.

I checked Input Values on Element Description Form and the "Lookup" and "Value Set" fields are greyed out. So, are we not allowed to attached any Value Set/Lookup for "Rate" input value?

Appreciate your suggestions.
