Is it possible to create a Tax Rule using Order Line Type or Order Type?

 I understand the Ebusiness Tax has not yet been fully extended to Order Management but I am hoping someone can provide some direction on whether there is a way (even technically) to incorporate Order Type or Order Line Type in Tax Determining Factors. The requirement is to treat tax for the same item differently depending on the Order Line Type/Order Type. Mark
