Setup Pay Rate Table

We are currently trying to implement JDE Pay Grade Step Progression  and Pay Rate Table in our company.

Not being trained in this area, may someone in this forum provide basic training for the following:

How to setup Pay Grade?

How to setup Pay Grade Step?

How to setup Pay Rate Table?

Want to use pay rate grade progression feature, as union requirement.

No experience, and no place to find training?

Hope someone can help.
