Using Multiple Cost Centres with 1 Project

Our site has a 4 segment Accounting Flexfield consisting of Entity-Cost Centre-Account-Fund. Project Accounting Auto Accounting Rules have been built for the Entity through  a lookup table, the Account through use of Expenditure Types and Fund through the use of a Constant.

I want to be able to setup a project to be able to use multiple cost centres. Currently, the cost centre is linked through a lookup table associating one project organisation to one cost centre which is a severe limitation in the use of Project Accounting. Is it possible to link 1 project for use with many cost centres and if so, how?
