Error ORA-7445-

Dear Team
I am getting the following error on my production database from morning and kill the SMON process and result in forcefully shutdown of database. please help me out.

  ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kprball()+818] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x138] [] []
