Ocheck does not configure with configCCR -D

Following OCheck User Guide [ID 1179138.1]
Everything installs fine except when i start with step 6 :
Configure diagcheck properties and store credentials in the Java Wallet.
This is a required step the first time you wanne use Ocheck

The command configCCR -D just brings me back to the prompt without any opportunity to enter values for
Property name: MachineName
Property name: Port

etc ...

Why is this ?

I also checked /oracle/db/tech_st/11.1.0/ccr/diagchecks
and in this directory i don't find the ocheck.jar file

I also run the collector after installing ocheck but not being able to configure it
