account combination

 Dear experts,

how can I do that one GL responsibility (responsibility 1 ) not to see or use(create journal ...) some account combination, but another GL responsibility(responsibility 2) to be able to do it.

i tried in the Define Security rules to create a new security rule with security rule element that excludes some account intervals, and assign this rule to my responsibility 1.. but I doesn't work, I can still use this account when I create journal in this responsibility...

do I have to do something else ??

my oracle financial is 11.5.0

please help
