UK PAY: SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP post go live does not run because they need previous payroll run

Dear Oracle Community,

In the UK payroll, statutory pay for absences (SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP) can only work if the person has been on the company payrolls for several pay periods. If I go live today, does this mean, I cannot use the statutory pay till the minimum criteria is acheived even though the person has been on the company for several years (Since we are running first payroll only after go live)?
