VirtualBox on Ubuntu .. remote access to database

Hi, I have a need to have VirtualBox vms accessible remotely from user pcs.  Here is the scenario :  

I have VirtualBox installed and running on a linux box and vms up and running, emulating windows 2008 server. I need to be able to access the database remotely with sqlplus but am not sure how to setup the tnsnames ?  Maybe port forwarding is required. The Oracle version is 11gR2.

If anyone has any information or can point me to documentation .. Please respond :-)
