SQL 2.1.1.64: Can't save connection and need to set it up every time to open it.

Hi there,

I have installed Oracle SQL Developer 2.1.1.64 and connected to my DB.  However, I just couldn't save the connection even though I did click on 'save'.  When I log out and log back in, the connection is gone.  It is quite frustrating.  I have tried to mess up with sqldeveloper.conf file and that didn't help. 

I have the updating privilage for the location for the SQL Developer.  I am not sure whatelse I can try.

Please help.
