Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error in EBS using Pivot Table

I am trying to develop a report using a pivot table and get the following error message.

oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XPathException: Namespace prefix 'crosstab' used but not declared.

I am using MS Word 2010, Template Builder for Word 11.1.1.3.0 with Oracle R12.

Can I use a pivot table with this version?
