Sybase IQ ODBC Driver

Hello -

The certification Matrix for Hyperion EPM 11.1.1.3(Interactive Reporting) lists it supporting Sybase IQ 12.6 and later using Sybase AS IQ ODBC.  Are the needed drivers packaged with the product like the DataDirect drivers?  If not, where can I find the Sybase IQ ODBC driver to load onto our server?
